Horizons Breakfast and After School Club (wraparound care)
Horizons Breakfast and After School Club are based at the Junior School and provide before and after school care for children attending Merrow Infant School and Merrow Junior School (as well as a walking-bus between the sites).

Breakfast & Afterschool Club bookings processes are changing from MONDAY 16th JUNE 2025
We are excited to announce that we are changing our Parent Communications & Payments Tools to REACH MORE PARENTS by WEDUC (for both schools).
This new tool will allow Parents to make ad hoc bookings for Breakfast & Afterschool Club via an App or website, giving them much more flexibility.

From Monday 16th June, Parents & Carers will be able to make and pay for Bookings online up to the following deadlines:
- Breakfast Club - up to 8pm the night before
- Afterschool Club - up to 11am on the day required
Regular/continuous bookings will continue to be made via the Afterschool Club Manager (horizons@merrowfederation.school) it is just the booking of ad hoc / non-regular sessions which will change
Activation Codes will be sent out via email by 2PM ON MONDAY 09 JUNE 2025
