A chance read in the Surrey Advertiser by Mrs. Jewson, the generosity of a local business man, Heath Williams and the whizz bang technological skills of the NESA Robotics company all led to ‘Robbie the Robot’ coming to Merrow to do a UVC clean.  Heath and his technical director Will explained that UVC light is able to kill germs without having to use any chemicals; it was originally designed to combat the superbugs in hospitals and can usually be found at Frimley Park or even in the Aston Martin Showrooms!

The robot went round all the classrooms, the hall, corridors, offices and staff room to ensure that the rooms were all cleaned thoroughly. We are very grateful to Heath and Will for bringing Robbie and giving up their time to help us continue to keep everyone at Merrow as safe as possible.
